Indexation: The value of the rent is provided on the basis ofthe consumer price index published by the Croatian CentralBureau of Statistics. Throughout the lease term, the change in rent will alwaysbe determined at the end of each year for the following year, so that the change in rent takes effect always on the first dayof each year. The monthly index in January each year is alwaystaken for valorization.
